I joined Bournemouth University in 2012, having taught a variety of Marketing-related modules at both UG and PG levels at the University of Manchester. My teaching past and present has concentrated on Services Marketing, Marketing Foundations, NPD, Marketing and Strategy, International Marketing and Integrated Marketing Communications. In terms of supervision experience, I have supervised over 30 postgraduate and undergraduate dissertations to completion.
As a recipient of a BU Vice-Chancellor’s Scholarship, my current qualitative research on High Net Worth Individual client relationships aims to review such business relationships within a services context from the client’s perspective, and with particular focus upon the ‘friendship’ element of the business relationship.
