Stuart has worked in both industry and academia for over 25 years, primarily in the marketing communications sector. He is a graduate of the Advertising degree at Bournemouth and now teaches across a range of degree programmes and units, including Principles of Advertising, Brand Positioning for Advertising, and Developing the Research Imagination.
Stuart is primarily interest in Consumer Cultures, brands, and media consumption. He is currently undertaking a PhD, investigating the way in which notions of gay masculinity are actualised through consumption practices.
